Hi, I'm Kaylin!

I am a trained artist, designer, and researcher. I'm an innately curious human who tends to question the way things are.

In 2013 I had the opportunity to work in a material science lab as a research technician. Surrounded by engineers and new technology, I stumbled upon a love of research and began searching for a new career path that would combine my knowledge and passion of art with my new found interests. Although material science can be riveting, I knew I was much more interested in people and the way we interact with the world around us.

I decided to pivot my career and completed a double master’s in Industrial Design and Human-Computer Interaction. Since then I’ve been working professionally as a researcher, strategist, and innovator.

I am passionate about creating meaningful experiences through human understanding.

Outside of the design world I also enjoy hiking, cycling, acroyoga, and hanging out with my two Catahoula Leopard dogs.
